Starting a new job at the best of times can be nerve-racking. Starting a new job during a global pandemic on the first week the country is put into full lockdown is on another level. It’s been a long time!

I’ve worked with teams of all sizes over the years. The similarity with all these teams? They were always one team all focussed on the same priority. So, when I moved companies and got assigned to one of the larger teams in their Technology division, I didn’t think anything of it. This was no different to my previous teams, right?
